The Safe Space Dance Party takes place at Studio 13 (13 S Linn St, Iowa City) on April 24th from 7-9 PM. $10 cover charge goes directly to supporting victim-survivors of sexual violence.

Iowa Pentacrest

Join WRAC and DVIP & RVAP for an educational rally and march focused on eliminating sexual and domestic violence in our community at the University of Iowa Pentacrest. April 28, University of Iowa Pentacrest, 5-10pm.

Wear Denim Day

Join DVIP & RVAP in wearing denim jeans on April 29th, to show support for people affected by sexual assault. The Denim Day campaign began in 1999 after a ruling by the Italian Supreme Court to overturn a rape conviction because the justices felt that since the victim was wearing tight jeans she must have helped

Walk A Mile In Their Shoes

In partnership with Alpha Chi Omega and the University of Iowa Panhellenic Council, join DVIP/RVAP for an educational rally and march on eliminating sexual and domestic violence in our communities. April 30, 5:30-7:30pm. The rally will begin at the North Library Plaza on the University of Iowa campus, and continue to the Pentacrest.
