Please join us in Keokuk, IA for the 3rd Annual Souper Bowl that will benefit victim/survivors in Lee County. Local restaurants have donated soup and each attendee will receive a ceramic bowl of their choice to take home after the event. Domestic Violence Intervention Program invites the community to join them in raising funds for those most vulnerable.
